- Target the Right Buyers. We sincerely believe it is important to locate the right purchaser for each client. Our experience tells us that when this is accomplished we maximize the value received by our clients. Much thought is put into the profile of what this purchaser is before we begin our search.
- Custom Marketing Plans. In addition to pre-qualified buyers in our database, NuVescor markets your company with selected confidential mailings and phone calls to prospective buyers, and advertisements on selected M&A websites and publications. We also market through a large network of professionals and equity firms. We design a marketing approach for each client taking into consideration the uniqueness of each clients business. We routinely seek out synergistic businesses and buyer prospects and use our experience to ascertain interest in a confidential manner.
- Buyer Qualification. Each potential buyer that expresses an interest will be qualified both for financial ability to close the transaction and their probable ability to succeed in the business prior to disclosing the client’s company. When the potential buyer is qualified and their sincere interest is ascertained, a narrative and description of your company’s achievements, strengths and future opportunities is presented.
- Follow up and Coordination. Each qualified and interested buyer will be assisted in their fact finding so as to achieve the best possible proposals from multiple buyers in a timely fashion.
- Process Facilitation. We coordinate with both clients and their advisors (attorney, cpa, bankers, etc) so that the transaction is consummated swiftly and smoothly. NuVescor also assists with any post closing issues.
